First, we make sure your guests are who they say they are. We check guests against a worldwide database of rental guest history that captures violations, property damage and more. We then match guests through 200+ global fraud and crime databases looking for Identity Fraud, Sex Offenders, Interpol’s Wanted Persons, State and Federal Criminal Databases and if needed, visually certify government-issued IDs.
Second, we insist the guests’s have a $1,500 damage protection plan and ensure that each guest electronically signs their extensive rental agreement. This agreement includes swimming pool, bike and golf cart waivers to ensure that you, and VIR, are protected from guest claims.
Lastly, we make sure that each guest has an “experience” in your home. This includes preparing your home with luxury toiletries, Fiji Water on the bedside, a light snack for late arriving guests and set the scene with relaxing acoustic music ready for their arrival. If the guest experience is 5*, they’ll come back for more and recommend your home to friends and family.
